Help:StudioX
StudioX does not recognize my device
I start the StudioX software and connect my BEASTX device to the computer but nothing happens.
- Make sure the wiring is connected correctly. The servo wire coming from the USB interface goes into SYS port on your MICROBEAST / AR7xxxBX device. Watch out for correct polarity and make sure that the device is powered in case it is not powered from the USB interface (this is only the case with the RX2SIM interface).
- On computers with Microsoft Windows operating system first of all make sure you did install the driver files for the USB2SYS / SPMA3030 / RX2SIM interface. These files come with software package when downloading it, but they must be installed separately. Do not plugin the interface unless you did not install these driver files. Remove the interface from the USB port if you already plugged it in before installing the files. For further information see the section about StudioX Installation.
- Check the PlugIn configuration for your device within StudioX (in the menu bar click "Edit" and choose the "Plugins.." entry). I.e. see specific section at Microbeast Plugin or AR7200BX Plugin for further information.
I connect the USB2SYS/SPMA3030 inteface to my MICROBEAST / AR7xxxBX and to the computer but nothing happens except the blue LED lights up on the USB2SYS.
When the blue LED lights up the connection wire is plugged in with wrong polarity! Usually the light on the interface flashes sporadically when data is transferred between computer and BEASTX device but it mustn't light up continuously.
How can I deregister a MICROBEAST PLUS / SPEKTRUM AR7210BX from my fw network account?
To deregister your device (i. e. in case you sold it to someone else) please send us an email and tell us the serial number of the device and your freakware Network account name. Removing the registration by the user is not possible at the moment.
