MICROBEAST PLUS Drehzahlregler - Einstellung eines Castle Creations Drehzahlstellers
Die Drehzahlsteller der Phoenix und Talon Serie aus dem Hause Castle Creations eignen sich gut um in Kombination mit der Drehzahlregelfunktion von MICROBEAST PLUS Version 4.0 betrieben zu werden. Die Phoenix EDGE Steller bringen hierfür sogar schon eine Signalleitung für das Drehzahlsignal mit. Wenn Ihr Regler nicht über so eine Signalleitung verfügt (wie z.B. Steller vom Typ ICE oder Talon), muss der Helikopter zusätzlich mit einem Phasensensor ausgerüstet werden, wie z.B. unserem Sensor BXA76013. Damit der Phasensensor mit Spannung versorgt und an MICROBEAST PLUS angeschlossen werden kann, wird ausserdem noch der Sensoradapter BXA76401 benötigt.
The Castle Creations ESC offer a special "External Governor" mode to be used with flybarless systems. Anyhow, this mode has an integrated soft start and autorotation bailout function. Therfore we do NOT recommend to use this mode, as MICROBEAST PLUS can do this on its own! Instead we suggest to setup the Castle ESC to a very simple throttle control mode which is offered by using the fixed wing "Airplane" mode as "Vehicle type" in combination with a very fast throttle response:

When using a Castle EDGE controllers with the provided rpm signal cable, make sure the "Auxiliary wire mode" is set to "RPM out". Otherwise there will not be any rpm signal on this wire:
