So the motor can be ignited in the first flight mode and you can spool up the rotor and hover the heli by applying throttle manually. With the second flight mode the throttle curve is a "V"-shaped curve and simultaneously the RPM Governor is turned on by the auxiliary channel. In this case pay special attention that the two throttle curves/throttle positions match as good as possible in the stick point at which you usally switch flight modes. Otherwise the throttle servo would make a jump before the RPM Governor will take over control as you still may be in manual mode for a short amount of time. So in this type of operation it is not possible to activate the RPM governor from idle position and let the rotor spool up autonomously. Manche Fernsteuersender bieten eine spezielle Einstellmöglichkeit über die der Zusatzkanal für die Drehzahlregelung in den einzelnen Flugphasen automatisch geschaltet werden kann. So kann in der ersten Flugphase der Motor gestartet, der Rotor über den Gassteuerknüppel hochgefahren und geschwebt werden. In der zweiten Flugphase wird dann die Gaskurve in eine V-Kurve geschaltet und gleichzeitig der Drehzahlregler eingeschaltet. Achten Sie hierbei darauf, dass sich die beiden Kurven möglichst in dem Punkt überlagern, in dem die Umschaltung erfolgt. Andernfalls würde das Gasservo nochmals einen Sprung machen, bevor der Drehzahlregler die Kontrolle übernimmt. In dieser Betriebsart ist es also nicht ohne weiteres möglich, den Drehzahlregler aus dem Stand heraus zu aktivieren und die Drehzahl ähnlich wie beim Elektromodell autonom hochfahren zu lassen. Falls Sie dies möchten, deaktivieren Sie den Zusatzkanal im Empfängereinstellmenü und richten Sie den Drehzahlregler so ein, dass er allein über den Motorkanal kontrolliert wird.
