Daher wird für den Update Prozess eine Internetverbindung benötigt. Bitte beachte, dass dies Kosten verursachen kann, insbesondere wenn eine mobile Breitbandverbindung vom Smartphone verwendet wird! Am besten führst Du den Update Prozess durch, wenn Du mit einem (freien) WLAN Netz verbunden bist. Beachte bitte auch, dass Du auf Deinem Smartphone die Nutzung der Netzwerkverbindung für StudioX explizit freigibst. Vor allem bei Android Geräten kann das notwendig sein. Wenn keine Netzwerkverbindung besteht, dann wird im StudioX "Keine Verbindung zum freakware Network Server" angezeigt, sobald Du versuchst Dich für das Firmware Update einzuloggen.<br /> <br /> Um also die Firmware herunterladen zu können und das Update durchführen zu können, musst Du Dich zuerst in das freakware Network mit Deinem Login (=Email Adresse) und Deinem Password anmelden. Falls noch nicht vorhanden, erstelle einen neuen Account über die entsprechende Schaltfläche. Wenn Du Dein Passwort vergessen hast, drücke ebenfalls den entsprechenden Knopf. Die Anmeldedaten können in der Software gespeichert werden, so dass Du den Login beim nächsten Update schnell durchführen kannst. So for the update process it is necessary that your computer or mobile device serves an internet connection. Please note that especially when using mobile data this may produce costs. We recommend to not use the mobile network and just do the update process at home where you have (free) wifi. Especially when using a mobile device check that your network settings and privileges for using the internet are set correctly for the StudioXm app in you Android or iOS settings. Typically, when your internet is not configured correctly you will not be able to login to the freakware network and will get an error message instead when clicking the Firmware Update button in the app.<br /> <br /> Now to get the firmware files, at first you will be prompted to log in to the freakware network with your login (=email address) and password. If not already done create an account now. If you have forgotten your password click the corresponding button to request a new password. The login credentials will be stored, so next time when doing a firmware update you can skip this step quickly.
